In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Consumer Protection, we ensure your right to withdraw from a purchase and receive a refund under certain conditions.
However, special exceptions apply when purchasing digital goods (e.g., downloadable files).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Digital Goods<\/strong>
According to the law, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if:
\u2022 the product is digital content that has already been provided with the consumer\u2019s explicit consent, and
\u2022 the consumer has been informed that they lose the right to withdraw once the content delivery has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore:
\u2022 No refunds are issued for digital goods once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
\u2022 Please make sure you have selected the correct product before making a purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Exceptions<\/strong>
If the download process fails due to a technical error or you receive the wrong file, we commit to:
\u2022 providing the correct file free of charge, or
\u2022 issuing a refund if the issue is not resolved within 3 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
